Crystal clear advantages
With its capability to measure flow velocity in blood vessels, the Doppler Sonography enables perfect understanding of the hemodynamic situation under normal and pathological conditions. Due to the constant further development and improvement of the technology, DWL Doppler systems justify their existence among more elaborate diagnostic methods such as CT or MRI. The main advantages to patients: the method is non-invasive, absolutely painless, zero of radiation exposure and can be conducted and infinitely repeated in treatment rooms, at patients’ bedsides or in operating rooms.

New paths to the human brain
Using Transcranial Doppler Sonography (TCD), anomalies of the vessels as well as emboli in the brain can be recognized and analyzed. The excellent signal quality of the digital DWL system, the outstanding HD image quality and Doppler M-Mode allow fast detection of vessels as well as precise ultrasonic treatment and exact diagnosis. Intensity, flow direction and depth information are represented in real time and up to 9 spectra windows are available for different depths.

 

In addition, CO2 reactivity and autoregulation can be examined and reactions to specific drugs can be studied.
